Expedia booking f room process n that reaching hotel was an issue

I recently shared a review regarding my disappointing experience at The Lodhi Hotel, and I wanted to follow up with an update. During my checkout yesterday, I had the chance to voice my concerns, and I must commend the manager for their exceptional efforts to address them. I appreciate being given the opportunity to share my feedback. It's important to me that future guests have a different experience than I did, and I sincerely hope their expectations are met. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the young lady at the front desk for her professionalism and assistance. Thank you!

Great hotel with lovely staff, only drawback is that it’s a bit tricky for cars to reach to so you will need to walk 150m or so but still very accessible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others - it’s absolutely beautiful.

I am a Californian, but an Anglophile at heart. This hotel is reminiscent of the British Raj times and Downton Abbey. There are many photos in the hotel showcasing its history of monarchs and their retinue that have graced the hotel. The rooms were very clean. The food in both the restaurants were great and the wait staff did an amazing job Overall a great and unique experience.
