"Die FeWo im Dachgeschoss ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und komfortabel. Sie ist gut für zwei Pärchen geeignet, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer verschieden groß und sie besitzt nur ein Bad. Vom Essplatz aus und im großen Garten hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Man muss etwas aufpassen, dass man sich im Dunkeln den Kopf nicht an den Fachwerkbalken stößt. Wir hatten hier traumhafte Tage, vielen Dank!"

"My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in Magdeburg. The Hammer's were very friendly and provided us with many suggestions for our trips, - mainly on our bicycles. We did not have to use our car the four days we were there. Our accomodation was an extra house with all the necessary utensils, and then there was the pool which we were free to use. All in all. We can only recommend the place."

Wobei trotzdem ein Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Altstadt, fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad, in 10 - 20 Minuten, zu erreichen sind. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist lichtdurchflutet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Freundlichkeit wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt. Dies gilt auch für die gut ausgestattete moderne Küche. Auch gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. "Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon zum Hinterhof. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock. Als Gast hat mich das nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden genau wie Restaurants. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man leicht ins Zentrum."

"Nachdem uns der richtige Code für den Schlüsselkasten gegeben wurde, kamen wird endlich in die Wohnung. (nach 10 Anrufe und mehrere Nachrichten. Wenn ich weiß, das jemand anreist, hab ich eigentlich mein Handy am Mann) Wohnung auf den 1. Blick sehr schön. Leider waren zuwenig Handtücher breit gelegt, welche wir uns dann aus dem Schrank genommen haben. Wir haben angegebenen, das unsere Kinder 14 Jahre alt sind. Und dann eine Kleinkindzudecke 🙄. TV konnte man nur mit Internetstream benutzen....

"Alles war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was die Gäste brauchen. Sogar viel mehr, wie Seife, Duschschaum, Kaffee,Tee, Getränke, Milch, Zucker...etc. Wahnsinn! Eigener Parkplatz, ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich. Die S-Bahn,Radweg,Park in der Nähe. Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung für diese Wohnung. Vielen Dank!!!"
