It’s a new property but the cleanness inside the room is pretty bad - a lot of spots in carpet, curtains, etc. also first hotel in Japan that doesn’t have welcome water. It also had some items left by previous guests, so cleaning is bad.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was my first time using an onsen and was a very nice experience. The room was more spacious than I expected and was very clean. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to many shops/stores in Hakodate.

The hotel is fairly new. It is Stones Throw from the train station. Just beyond the train station is the morning market in Hakodate. And nearby there is a nice walk along the waterfront Esplanade. Adjoining the hotel is a Yokocho or shopping dining area. There is also dining and coffee shop in the train station. So it’s very convenient.
