「We arrived for three nights. When we arrived at night, we discovered that there was no gas in the BBQ. After that the owner of the property lied that he took care of it, and in the market he took care of it only the next morning. After that the hot tub was dirty with the smell of carrion and dirt. Didn't get into the jacuzzi even once the whole vacation! , then last night the water in the apartment stopped working for 15 hours. For a whole night and a whole morning we could not shower, go to the...

「The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The...

「Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so...
