The Space:

Home Features: 6 Smart TVs, Private Lanai & Pool (Depth 3’-7’), Community Resort Amenities, Golf Course View, Outdoor Furniture, Ceiling Fans, Pool/Jacuzzi Heating (Add. Fee of $35/night, must be purchased for full duration of stay - message us to add this!)

Accommodates: 14 | Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed | Bedroom 5: Full Bed | Bedroom 6: Twin/Full Bunk Bed | Bedroom 7: Twin Bed w/ Twin Trundle

Community: Outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, playground. Golfing is an additional charge. Please visit clubhouse for pricing.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, dining table, blender, coffee maker, toaster, spices, trash bags & paper towels

Parking: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles). Street parking is not permitted.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home, private pool (heating additional fee of $35 per night, must be added for full stay, message us to add this!), and all community amenities, including the golf course, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and pools. Note that some community amenities come at an additional charge.

Step-free entry, bedroom & full bathroom on main floor for accessibility.

Gated community & keyless entry; codes will be provided ahead of your stay.

Southern Dunes is a secure, gated community known for its championship golf course and peaceful surroundings. The clubhouse offers a restaurant, gym, and library, while the resort-style pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds provide fun for all ages.

WALT DISNEY WORLD (~18 miles): Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully explore the area. The home offers parking for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

- Pool/Spa Heating is NOT INCLUDED. It is available for $35 per night and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that pool heating will only be available for stays from October-April! Please message us at least 1 week prior to check-in in order to get this added!

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip; should you need to consume more, there are local supermarkets nearby.
