Our new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!

Great care and attention has been paid to the choice of furnishings and décor to offer you the very highest standards and comforts home from home.

The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: door opening directly to pool area, king size beds, Smart HD TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday. (please note/ pool & spa heating is an optional extra)

There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The Den contains a 42" TV and with large selection of DVDs, board games and books and a PlayStation 2 with games.

Computer station is also situated in the Den: with desk top computer, printer and screen. Ideal for keeping in touch with work whilst on vacation if needed

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms.

There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary stroller, high chair and cot is provided.

There is a friendly and local property management company on call to answer questions or offer assistance.

Fantastic rental

We had a great time staying at this villa. The pool was the perfect size for our small family. The villa was very well equipped with pretty much anything that you would need for your stay. Communication from the owners was absolutely phenomenal.

Florida stay

Great location for going to Disney (we didn’t). The house sits between two other houses and the pools are only separated by some thin hedges. The view from the pool at sunset is beautiful. Definitely recommend getting the heating for the pool and hot tub. On a 102 degree day the heated pool still felt great.

Great get away vacation

We enjoyed our time at the villa. It was very comfortable and secure with the guarded entry. Very relaxing with the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Would consider returning if we can get it in our schedule.

The property was nice, the poperty management were very responsive, i suggest calling over email as they were quicker to respond that way, the owner was very helpful during the booking process! It's located very close to walmart, and also in the vicinity has a Publix, Ross and a discount souviner store which all came in handy to us!

This was a very nice house in a very nice community with anything you need to feel like you’re home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable and clean with every needed amenity. The pool, and garage game room were great for our down time. The owner was so easy to deal with and the gate attendants were very nice. We have no complaints and hope to stay here again some time!

Great Villa!

Nice and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your Villa and it was as described. It was very clean upon arrival. Minor issue with internet/wifi which the property manager Becky helped resolve the issue very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.
