Cook your favorite recipes in this open, fully equipped kitchen featuring lots of counter space, double sinks, top-grade appliances and bar stool seating.
4 bedrooms (including 2 master bedrooms) and 3 full bathrooms make up the rest of this wonderful home. Each room contains beautiful wood furniture, cable TV on mounted flat screens, and a unique, comforting feel. The first master has vibrant pops of color in the bedding, décor and an en-suite full bath. An abundance of natural light flows into the second master through the windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area. Elegant bedding and drapery bring comfort to this room that also features an en-suite full bathroom with calming colors. The remaining two bedrooms have 2 twin beds; each with different vivid bedding that brighten up the room. Finally, the remaining bathroom conveniently has access through two separate doors (from the kitchen area or bedroom area) making it a short walk from either side of the house.
The home features its own pool which is surrounded by a wall on two sides creating extra privacy. Find loungers that are perfect for laying poolside reading a book, or soaking in the Florida sun as well as a table with chairs under the lanai if you prefer to enjoy the weather in the shade.

Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week ($25 per day), plus tax. For best results it is recommended to pre-order and have this set up prior to arrival. There is a 4-day minimum for pool heat.
