Hail Ridge Golf Course

Staff was excellent, rooms are clean, bed and bedding excellent and comfortable, hallways showing a little wear, breakfast choices could offer more variety. Overall the stay was nice for our concert trip

Glad we checked in when we got to town, they had overbooked and said they only had one king room left and since I booked online and paid and was there before other person we would get a room. I asked what would have happened if other person got there before us said we would not have a room. To me this is unacceptable when booking a room and paying g upfront you should be guaranteed to have a room. Was in town for a game and was planning on checking in after game but arrived earlier than we thought or we would have been sol for a room and trying to find one after 10pm

Not a great place if you have animals, more than one person, or any sort of large vehicle. Whoever made the Expedia listing was misinformed, as it said up to 4 pets, but when we got there with our 3, were told they're not supposed to allow more than 2. There was also supposedly truck parking, but there's none actually available unless you park across multiple normal parking spots. The room was maybe 150 square feet total; easily the smallest hotel room I've ever been in with the most uncomfortable bed, and the water pressure was poor in the shower. The key cards will stop working if you put them near your phone. The only saving grace was the incredibly kind and helpful staff, and the continental breakfast, though there weren't many options. Not a place I'd stay again.
