I got into LA at 4:30am and made it to the hotel thinking I would have to check in after 2ish and would be exhausted for the morning. They allowed me to check in early and I crashed for a good 3 hours!!! I really really appreciated the early check in. It was above and beyond what any hotel has ever done for me.

Of course, when in Vegas one expects Noise but I wasn’t expecting a convention! I wish I had been told they were having a convention, I would have booked elsewhere. I like Virgin because it’s away from strip and a little quieter but they have a lot of changes in just a year. I did not like the change in restaurant to a buffet and they had no non-pork options for meat! Overall it was still fine, but the convention was annoying!
