Dining options not great: sometimes open, sometimes closed with no notification. Sometimes buffet, sometimes a la carte, again no notification. Reception: staff not too friendly (except for one young man, but unfortunately I did not take his name) Not gracefully offering assistance, even to simply call a taxi for me.
