"Friendly staff, clean room and good location"

"The stay was okay-night staff were so rude and it took me an hour and a half to get into a room for the night due to my registration “not being in their system” and I had to get ahead of Hotels.com at 11:30pm where everything was confirmed on their end but not at the hotel. The customer service for Hotels.com had to call them to even entertain us staying the night. Ridiculous! The room once we finally got in there was okay-there were crumbs all over the couch and bench as well as hair in the bathtub, but after waiting so long, we just needed a clean bed to get a few hours of sleep. We will NOT be staying with them again. "

"The place far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and up to date. As good or better than many large chain hotels. It is in a mostly industrial type neighborhood but easy to access from the highway and perfect for travelers. "

"The hotel is old and could use updating. The floor and shower are remodeled, but the rest is outdated and not working properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a good selection. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The furniture is a bit worn but everything worked as needed. The bed and pillows were awesome! I could hear talking from the lobby in the room but it got silent around 10pm. Pretty basic continental breakfast but glad it was included. The juice dispenser is out of order. The shower and restroom were also clean and plenty of hot water for a warm shower. I'll definitely consider staying here again if the price is as good as this time."

"I had to wipe up a spill in the bathroom and the cloth came back dirty. There was some noise, a clicking sound in the wall or ceiling that kept waking me up. I was bit several times during the night, not bed bugs, something else that has left welts on my back and one ear lobe swollen."

"very tough to change a date, and hard to find out a staff to pick up my call for the plan, which from May 2nd & May 3rd, at $274, to May 1st & May 2nd keeping the same room on April 29 and April 30. however, I had to call Expedia agent, and he cheating me near $2000!"
