「Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this...

My team doesn't speak English, but Vanessa made herself understood and provided a lot of support so the engineers wouldn't have any problems with transportation or finding groceries. The place was very comfortable and very safe.」
