Short but sweet stay! Really enjoyed our time here. The room was small but beautifully designed, with a cute and thoughtful layout, especially the bathroom. Loved the food, both the evening buffet and the morning breakfast were excellent. The open play area with a court was a really cool idea. The only thing missing was a swimming pool, which would have made the experience even better. The service was wonderful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Shruti at the front desk for her exceptional service! During checkout, when no one was available to help with our luggage, she personally stepped out, got a trolley, and brought our luggage down. That's what I call going above and beyond for guests! Overall, a lovely stay with great food, thoughtful design, and genuinely caring staff. Would happily stay here again!

The room was small but that’s the Ibis signature I guess. I personally have a different connection with Ibis since when I was an Indigo flight attendant 6 years back, we used to stay in Ibis alot on layovers. The stay was amazing. We had an urgent meeting and our hotel (that we originally booked) cancelled on us last minute so we needed another stay at 11 am. The original checkin time was 2 Pm. We called 3 good properties in Gurgaon, no one agreed to providing early check in option but luckily we stumbled upon this one. The staff was really helpful, especially Shruti who helped us throughout and very humbly allowed us to check in early, suggested which room type to book as per availability at that time. She was sweet and had a pretty smile♥️. We have stayed at this particular hotel almost 7-8 times in couple years… but this time I wanted to give a detailed review because of an exceptional support we got. Thank you Ibis golf course team for making the stay memorable for us. Dinner quality could be improved. Breakfast was 10/10.

Great service and comfort, affordable too!

The service from staff was very good, commendable and accommodating when I asked to be changed from my room to another one. The food offered during breakfast was good, but I think the chef or cook could reduce the spiciness for the Western palate as not everyone is used to chilli spice hot tastes. Adding chilli sauce to a dish individually is easier than removing it from a dish cooked with chillies. My stay was good, and the hotel's positioning was great. It was easy to access shops. Calling an Uber service from the hotel was easy.
