「The beds were clean and comfortable but other than that, this hotel was a very poor experience. We had made a reservation for 5 people because we have 3 kids. They had no sleeping arrangements for our 3rd child. My husband had a camping cot in his truck so we used that alongside the two queens in our room. Several of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Had to use the blow dryer across the room from the bathroom. Carpet was so dirty the bottoms of our socks were brown. We stayed 4 nights- each...

「Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. 」

「The Old Town Inn is a very well run Inn. The staff is very friendly and warm and welcoming. The location is very close to a Shuttle bus stop so it makes it so easy to get up the mountain and you don’t have to pay the high prices to stay at the mountain. I would stay at the Old Town Inn every time we travel to Crested Butte.」

「Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. 」

「This hotel is a classical American motel. I could park a car in front of the door of the motel. It was very easy to carry baggage from the car to the room. It is about 90 minutes drive from the motel and Black Canyon National Park.」

「This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.」
