"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."

"Truly one of our favorite hotels in the world. Next level service, attentiveness and quality of every aspect. The views are stunning from every angle. All of the food at the restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful to our every ask. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain stay. "

"We loved our stay in Rize. Its quieter than other areas of Turkey, so you can mingle with locals more. Beautiful scenery anyway you drive. I think hiring a car allows you to really explore the area. Lots of activities from History, sports or just relaxing by lakes in lush green areas. We stayed 5 days need to return to explore some more. The hotel was an excellent place to explore from. Good breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed the swimming and spa. Wonderful relaxing break. "
