Cheap place for overnight stay and shower

Was a good place that was cheap for us to stay overnight and get a good sleep and shower before driving rest of way home. Would not have stayed there more than one night. But was good for the cost for what we needed at the time. Literally slept there took showers and left. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodated our needs.

My bf does work in Gulfport sometimes. Days Inn By Wyndham has the good beds and pillows. Cheap and, nice stay. He always stays when he is in town working. I booked this stay based off my stay before. Will stay in the future!!!

The location is very convenient just 7 minutes from the airport when flying! The room itself was adequate the bed was comfortable pillows were comfortable but the painting and the floors and the physical structure had unfinished projects which when you redo a room should be completed when people are paying this much money

I liked the location. I did not like that the room was not clean and the shower didn’t work. The room was old and the curtains were broken. I’m very disappointed. It was so bad I checked out early.

The rooms and building need serious updates.. Mattress’ were extremely gross, many stains from long term use. You know the paint job of a slum lord?… that’s how the entire room is. I felt dirty staying there. On the other hand! .. the staff were very kind and considerate! Very nice and welcoming. So that is a plus!

Would not recommend.

The hot tub in the room was exceedingly slippery, too dangerous to enjoy. During a shower, we kept running out of hot water numorous times, making the shower very unpleasant. The water in the shower felt soapy. Could not drink the water, it tasted very sulphury and soapy, it also smelled like sulphur. The pool and outside hot tub were filthy. We found several mouse/rat turds on the table and and on the floor, and we never ate anything in the room. Comment section will not let me add the photos I took of the mouse/rat turds.

The photograph of the property that they have on their webpage is very nice. The reality of the place is that is rundown. My room, although it was clean, was really outdated beat up and rundown. This place needs a makeover, big time! The staff was fine. There really isn’t a breakfast. Cereal, muffins, and a waffle maker. I have stayed in other days ends that were just fine. I cannot recommend this place. The price was really marked down, so I guess I got what I paid for

Booked the wrong hotel. Pulled in and it looked abandoned. The front desk work was nice and professional. Proceeded to check in and get the room keys. While driving from the office people were standing around smoking and drinking. Walked into the room and it had a strong order, the bedding was dirty and gnats were flying around. I immediately started searching for a new hotel to book. I returned to the front desk to state my complaints and check out. I was still charged for 1 night stay.

The room is not as shown as advertised in the pictures , it’s very outdated and old . The bed was very uncomfortable, mine and my husbands back were sore after sleeping on it . It has a metal table underneath the mattress and when you move it’s very loud . The room was very clean except for the floors our feet were black after walking on them . We had a problem the second night with the room above us at 3 am somebody was screaming help and banging on the door they were loaded drunk . They were banging for over an hour . The staff are amazing they do go above and beyond anything you need they will get it for you or help you with anything you may need , very friendly . For the price and if I’m in a crunch I would stay again . Everything worked in the room . Aka tv and fridge and microwave . The room just needs a little more cleaning and some new furniture.

Horrible.

THe Plus side... Beds were clean which is a very good thing since everything else wasn't. Bad Side...Do not stop here. They take a $40 upfront deposit on top of the night stay for damages. That doesn't make sense because they give it right back to you when you leave without looking if there were any damages. Also, hair dryer didn't work. The bathtub was nasty (took one look and we didn't take showers). Thank goodness we didn't stay more nights. I wish I would have taken pictures. The beds were NOT queens. They were full-size and very hard. So hard you could feel the springs. the front of the dresser was off. The outlet plate fell off when you plugged the phone charger in. There was only one plug also. You get what you pay for.
