Residence has "Ocean View" from every window and from the large 14’ x 20’ deck overlooking the MS Gulf and Beaches. Residence is in excellent condition, and is professionally managed

Owner takes meticulous care of the property. The location is central to everything the coast has to offer. Close to beaches, shopping malls, casinos, restaurants, ball parks, coliseum, water parks, etc.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath townhome. The Master bedroom#1 is furnished with two queen size beds, flatscreen tv, and master bath with jacuzzi jetted large roman tub. In addition, we have added one XL adult length Twin Bed in a private nook room that has private door to make it it's own bedroom#2, being located just off of the master bedroom. Bedroom#3 features two full size beds, tv and also private access to the bathroom. Bedroom#4 features one queen size bed, flatscreen tv, and private entrance to the second bathroom. The living room couch converts to a sofa sleeper with a full size mattress which makes the total of 7 adult length beds available. Our townhome features sleeping accomodations for 13 guests.

The living room is furnished with one sofa sleeper and one love seat, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dw, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, granite countertops, and barstools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking.

The outdoor living space includes a large 14' wide deck equipped with table & chairs. Deck has great ocean view and serves for usage both sitting above deck and covered below deck for lounging & BBQ grilling in the shade.

Primary parking is covered, and plenty of extra parking is available in rear parking lot area within 30 feet of the residence, so its easy short walk to the front door. Situated near the beach, local malls, casinos, nightlife, seafood restaurants, fishing piers, family fun areas. Community pool is open weekdays Memorial Day through Labor Day. For additional amazing water fun visit the Gulf Islands Waterpark with waterslides, wave pool, kiddy splash, lazy river tube floating and zip lines is only a short drive from this 4Br/2ba beachview home. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities, water fun, several casino’s nearby, relax and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the living room.
