The breakfast, bikes, s’mores kit, beach chairs and umbrella included makes this place a place I’d highly recommend. The property does not have a designated area for pets to relief is the only thing needs improvements. "

"Service requests suck, and maintenance in the room was not fixed completely. And front desk follow up suck on first try, and second request was half way done so they still suck."

"Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. Thank you, Charles, for the awesome stay in your beautiful home!"
