This place was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great! The beach to either side of the condominium was really crowded, but the area in front of the building was quiet and we had plenty of space!

We love vacationing at Gulf Shores. This was our second year to stay at San Carlos. The Staff is very professional, friendly & accommodating. .Good Lord willing we will return in 2025.

I only could plan us a small trip due to work, but knew that we were past due for one and really in need of some salty beach time before the summer slipped away from us. Very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here to attend the Hangout Fest. It was a great location...once we parked our car, we were on foot. The condo was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located to everything you could need or want. Definitely want to go back next year at festival time!

Overall, nice. Good location. The floors in the condo need serious cleaning. Can't walk around barefoot, or I wouldn't recommend it. Also, according to the instructions, I've never had to clean dishes AND put them away prior to departure. Makes it difficult to make breakfast on the last day and be out by 10am if you're waiting on a dishwasher.

The condo is very warm & cozy. They have new furniture in the living room & it very comfortable. Clean & the beds are very comfortable. The people at the front desk (Dan +5) & customer service (Donna +5) were very,very warm, kind, friendly & helpful. We had 2 small issues & they were resolved within 24hrs. 👍 The security was excellent. Highly recommend this unit. Lynn is a +5 host. We will definitely stay here again. We stayed 28 days 11/1-28. Thank you. 👍👍👍

Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony and through the double sliding glass doors when you’re sitting inside. The condo had everything we needed to make family meals. The condo was nice and quiet with private accommodations for each guest. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a bonus giving everyone their own to get ready. Love the location! Definitely check out the Hangout Restaurant on the weekends, great bands and fun! We would highly recommend! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Senior citizens are accustomed to tall commodes and the ones we have experienced in San Carlos and 303, are short. The master shower is not safe. The floor is slippery and no grab bars. Those big jacuzzis are useless. The stove and sink in kitchen are subpar. Living Room furniture is uncomfortable and should have seating for 6. Furnishings beginning to look tired. We liked the patio furniture. No instructions for tv - we have never personally subscribed to direct-tv.
