The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guestroom has a queen bed. There is a full-size bathroom with hallway access with a tub/shower combo. No details have been overlooked in this 10th floor gulf front condo.

Everything about the 142-unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool. This 1407 sq. ft. condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. Parking is limited to San Carlos guest only and a 2-car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted No pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking condo. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.
