Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Located in Gulf Shores, this newly-remodeled unit is just a short walk across the street away from the beautiful beaches. Also, this wonderful spot is across from the Hangout and many other attractions; you can access just about anything you want within a few minutes of walking!

Enjoy an amazing, budget-friendly studio condo with beautiful decorations and a lot to offer! This unit features a relaxing queen-sized bed and a gorgeous, new love seat for your relaxation, a bar set for 2, and a cozy kitchen space with stunning, new countertop and a small refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, and a blender. Attached to the main room is a full bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower to enjoy after a day full of sand and sun!

Beachy Vibes offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:

Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.
Covered Parking (1 pass per unit; a lot of nearby street parking areas, as well)

Don't forget to bring:
While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Beachview 324 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

The location was great. The room was nice after we spent a couple hours cleaning it. The ac filters and dehumidifier filters was extremely dirty.the place smelled like a musty basement.

Nice room with a great location

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Super easy check in. Fantastic location right in the middle of everything and across the street from the beach. We could see the Gulf from our one little window. We would definitely stay here again.

One getaway from Hell

Shower never had hot water I messaged 3 different numbers and nothing. Location was the only plus. I even left at 5:30am a day early

Our first night we had no hot water. I emailed and got a response the next morning. The bedskirt was half on the bed. The pillow sham had a huge brown crusty stain on the back. The inside of the drawers and some dishes were very dirty.

Stink of mildew hit when walking in door. Loud music booming until 10:00 from near by bar. Coffee pot broken. Only 1 washer worked and 1 took money then did nothing. Bad weather so stuck indoors with nothing to do because needed streaming service to watch TV but wifi so bad could hardly use phone. Note everyone does not even use streaming! Had to take out our own trash and strip bedding! Barely enough room for 1 person let alone 2!

Wonderful stay!

It was my first time in Gulf Shores, I was there for a competition and some vacation/fishing. The room was perfect, I really appreciated the dehumidifier, it made a huge difference. The bathroom was beautiful and although the building looks a bit “aged” it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, I easily walked to several restaurants, stores and the beach is right there! I will definitely look to the same location in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent and we loved the welcome note and items. The room was well decorated and very comfortable. However, the bathroom rug was very dirty and there was sand in the sheets on one side of the bed. Everything else was clean. I would stay there again, but like to have a clean rug and clean sheets. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very deceiving

Labor Day get away

This property was the perfect location. We never had to get into our car. We walked across the street and was at the beach and ready for cocktails at the Pink Pony or Hangout. It was just me and my husband. It was perfect! If I had to say anything, it would be only the need for mopping the floors. I felt like the unit was cleaned between visits however the floors were not swept or mopped as well as they should have been. I would for sure revisit this location and book again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the beach and parking was convenient. However upon arrival the shower was extremely clogged with sand/hair that was not from us. Also, when we were stripping the sheets before our departure there were multiple disgusting large stains on the mattress that also were not from us.
