BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: One (1) parking pass maximum included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Unit was great and exactly as advertised. There was construction at the property and the elevators were down and I was not made aware by the rental company or VRBO prior to my arrival. Despite those inconveniences, we had a great time.

Very good trip. The condo is decorated very nicely. The communication with the property owner was excellent. There is a security person who lives onsite. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Excellent location easy beach access. The pier is just up the street. Easy access to food, shopping, activities for the entire family. Orange beach is just a few miles down the road. Will stay again.

My husband and I have been to gulf shores once before about 4 years ago. We loved the white sand beaches, amazing seafood and southern hospitality so we decided to go back! This was a differnt experience because for one we stayed in a luxury resort before. This was more of our own space, cute place, great location. We loved the view of the gulf. We wish their would've had a few more necessaties included.Its not often they don't even give you a full roll of TP or paper towels. No salt and pepper. only 1 kitchen towel and we were there 10 days. we aware of this. I think Ill probably go for the resort on our next trip

We are a family of 4 and absolutely loved Gulf Shores and the condo. Location was perfect, close to beach and State Park. Pictures of condo were accurate so no surprises. We highly recommend this place.

Nice condo, the couch bed mattress could be better. I didn’t like that property management messaged me the day before we left to ask if we were leaving earlier than 10 the next day. Definitely a bummer message to get and also kind of not necessary if the instructions just say message when you leave.

My friends and I were in town for the Hangout Festival and just wanted a nice, quiet place to stay that was not too far. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed! I was also worried we couldn't see the beach because it is across the street but there are no buildings blocking the view! I would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing getaway to the beach!

This was my kids and husband’s first time at the beach. We loved the location and being about to see the water from where we stayed. Short walk to the beach and back. The apartment was so cute and definitely needed for my 3 year old and 7month old to play. We will definitely look into another stay here.

Everything we needed for 2 night stay at the beach— very good location across street from beach with no obstructed view and access to beach! Nicely updated interior! Would stay here again and definitely would recommend! To others! (Only problem was we never could get logged onto WiFi, but did not that big of a deal since we were only there for 2 nights) .

1. The room was “cleaned” but that just meant the sheets were changed. There was ketchup on the pantry door, I swept up a TON of dirt, and there was dust everywhere. 2. People were so loud. It must be a poorly constructed because the people above us were body slamming into the floor from 5am- midnight. 3. We had issues with the security guard permitting our service animal. We had friends over for dinner one night and he put tow tickets on their car. 4. They messed up our check out date and charged us an extra day.

The property was just like the photos but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was pizza/spaghetti sauce dried on the counter, splatter/spray (possibly cleaning spray) on the front of the oven and dishwasher that wasn’t wiped away and soap and toothpaste residue on the bathroom faucet and sink. I was not pleased with this quality of cleaning. Might want to looking into another company to handle this.
