Each side of the duplex features an open living room with a sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table. The layout makes it easy to cook, dine, and relax together.
On one side, the upstairs includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the other side, the primary bedroom also has a king bed, and the guest bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms also share a hallway bathroom.
Outside, both sides come together on a large shared deck with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal breeze. Each unit also includes a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
