"Rooms were nice and the employees were friendly. Walking distance to the beach was very nice. Walking distance to the gift shops and restaurants was also excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. "

"Everything was great for the price ! Not even a 3 minute walk to the beach. Bahama Bobs is right across the street as well and everything is in walking distance. The rooms are what you’d expect at a beachy hotel. Very clean and you get new towels every day. Wish the pool was heated but that’s about it "

"Live Oak Villas is a fantastic property and absolutely gorgeous! It gave my Family of 6 (4 teenagers) more than enough space, and it was the quiet and serenity I desired, with million dollar views! The design, furnishings and linens were better than expected, and the master shower provided a spa like experience. Only drawback to this property was the pool and spa. The pool needed to be cleaned, and the spa heat had to be turned on remotely from the rental company, which was done on the 2nd day, and there were no active jets in the spa. This was disappointing, as it was a big reason we booked this property, and it was a miss from the rental company.Even with the pool/spa issue, we still had a great stay, and I would consider booking this property again!"

"Our famy enjoyes the stay. Everything as advertised, enjoyed all amenities. All equipment and games available, and all was used, including cold pool and hot tub. We brought fishing reels. Some crabs and fishies, threw back, of course, didnt need them. Very quiet, other than dog next door, occasionally, tho he seemed lonely. Sad. Our dog KeKe, loved being with us. Pleanty of room. Having several littles with 4 e/e doors was nice to have dead bolts. Hard on adults, but great to keep the littles in. A great view! Quik walk to store that has everything, and beach. A beautiful stay. Very close to restaurants and stores. Does need extra blankets, and only 4 stars because key pad to door didnt work, but they answered and resolved quickly. We also celebrated mine and granddaughters bday! It was great!"
