The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! The hotel was clean and in a good location. We walked to central Athens where all of the shops and markets are within 10 minutes, with a view of the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and rooftop bars close by. Metro is also less than a minutes walk from the property. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great as the warm was cold every morning. The room itself was fine, as expected in a city location. Small bathroom, beds were comfy. Police and ambulances can be heard but otherwise the noise level was ok for us.
