The kitchen is small but equipped with what you need!The couch was comfy and TVs were big so made a rainy day in FL cozy!I also really thought the bed was comfy as well, which I feel is my biggest complaint at other places so this was a nice change! "I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area."

"We were very happy with our stay. I have done a few Vrbo’s and this one had so much of everything you need. Lots of little extras. It was a property with 4 units. Everyone who stayed there had dogs and all hung out in the nice big yard! Lots of chairs, fire pit and a grill! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again! If you are looking for a place to go with a group and everyone wants their own space this it the place. Together but your own space!,,"

"Overall is a very good hotel, modestly priced. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was sufficient, not amazing, but it had all the essentials you needed. Women who were working during breakfast were so nice and friendly. (Sorry, ladies, I forgot your names). They made everybody feel like we were at home, not at the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and engaging. "

"We loved everything about this smallish hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, starting with Scott the bellman and Lukey at the front desk. Parking was very convenient and easy and I loved the bin of floats and chairs, that were available to borrow, in the garage and you can walk right out to the beach from there. The PBR has amazingly quick and smooth elevators that made get around so easy. We will definitely return! "

"Beautiful property, fantastic location, quiet area, great pool with a lazy river and tropical cocktails available to enhance the mood. Room was very spacious as was the walk in shower.
