「We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. 「We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. 「Definitely is a good value bang for your buck place. If your expectations are not Five star this will certainly meet your needs. On a main street but noise is actually minimal. Very quick drive to the downtown and museums area. And if you get the chance to walk the immediate surrounding neighborhood…great, historic houses one after another.」

「The location was good for the price. Not too far from the beach. It was a good space, but it was SO HOT and we were not allowed to adjust the air. The bathroom was the worst, it felt like a sauna and we had to stand in front of the AC by the bed to dry off because the towels were not soaking up water well.
