Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes.

Good service and atmosphere the only problem is the key to the room needs to be programmed every day sometimes 2 times a day and you cannot use lift with out active room card, they need to fix this issue

Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room.
