With a terrace where one has the sensation of being on a balcony overlooking the sea. Absolute privacy in the enormous pool area is guaranteed, the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera are impressive. The holiday home is suitable both for those seeking peace and families with small children, who will find rest, as the little ones will find plenty of space to play on the enormous estate. Three parking spaces in the shade are also available for our guests. It is worth visiting the promenade in Alcalá with its small sandy coves and natural seawater pools, both for sunbathing and for long afternoon walks. The 120m2 is divided into a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the pool area. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms with single beds, provide sufficient space for 5 people. Another bathroom is located in the living room. An outdoor barbecue offers additional leisure time and sunsets towards La Gomera.

Pool heating has a supplement of €15/day.

The celebration of events and parties is strictly prohibited, as is access by persons not included in the booking. Guests are also asked to respect neighbours' rest, making no noise from 22:00 h onwards.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted.
