Excelente Localização!!!

Primeiramente a Dona Cristina é muito simpática e atenciosa, faz de tudo para que fiquemos satisfeitos!!! A localização do apartamento é sensacional, do lado da praia, não precisa de carro para fazer nada, aos redores do apartamento tem restaurantes, padarias, pizzarias, bares, mercados, tudo o que precisa esta ali, afinal é no Centro. Com certeza voltarei e locar esse apartamento, como já indiquei para outras pessoas. VALE MUITO A PENA!!!

Pesquisei vários imóveis com este padrão de 1 dormitório, e este foi o de melhor custo/benefício. * Valor da estadia atrativo * Na minha opinião, melhor localização da praia de Pitangueiras, próximo de mercados, restaurantes, bares, farmácias e próximo ao mar. * Todas as fotos são reais, apartamento confortável para quatro pessoas e a limpeza do apartamento estava impecável na minha chegada, sem contar as cortesias na geladeira. * A proprietária é muito atenciosa e se preocupa com a estadia do seu hóspede. * Não só recomendo como é minha opção ao retornar para o Guarujá.
