The apartment is a find in Guarujá, on the beach of Enseada, there are more than 180m² of great comfort, it is one block from the beach, in the same street as the Hotel Casa Grande which in addition to convenience, offers even more security.

With a large kitchen (fully equipped), air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and the living room, you will be able to enjoy a lot of convenience.

TV room (with cable TV so you don't miss any of your favorite shows) integrated with the dining room, you, your family and your friends will want to stay a little longer.

Ar da sala está quebrado, as portas dos quartos estão ruins e não fecham, wi-fi não pega nos quartos, as bacias estão todas soltas e parecem que vão quebrar a qualquer momento, as duchas não esquentam, somente um quarto esquenta, máquina de lavar joga mais água no chão do que no esgoto

Se trata de um apartamento muito bom, excelente localização, grande e muito confortável….. O zelador Alex é muito bacana e atencioso, as duas vagas cobertas são ótimas e hj em dia é difícil de encontrar. O elevador é novo e o acesso é ótimo e tbm tem acesso para cadeirantes. Chuveiros dos banheiros tbm são ótimos e tem água quente até na torneira da cozinha. Resumindo, voltaremos com ctz.

O apartamento confirma a descrição do anúncio. Amplo, bem equipado, tudo funcionando corretamente. Muito bem localizado. Próximo a praia, mercado, padaria, farmácia, etc. Com certeza uma ótima escolha. O Marcel que nos alugou sempre foi rápido no retorno aos contatos.
