4th. floor with lift, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (1 en suite). Suite with double bed + 2 extra single mattresses and second. bedroom with two single beds. Living room with double sofa bed + balcony to the street (dining table for 6 and old TV), kitchen full of cabinets, equipped with utensils and crockery, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, blender + table for 2 . Barbecue on the mezzanine.

O apartamento é muito bom, com ótimo custo/benefício, corresponde ao anuncio e a proprietária é super atenciosa e deu todas as informações necessárias com muita clareza e sinceridade. O apartamento encontrava-se limpo e organizado, perto de padaria, farmácia, posto de combustível, mini mercado, o que nos foi muito útil. Também fica a poucas quadras da praia das Astúrias, podendo ir a pé. Eu e minha família passamos dias maravilhosos, aproveitamos muito. Recomendamos e agradecemos a proprietária pela oportunidade. Esperamos voltar mais vezes.

Conforto e localização

Apartamento muito confortável e muito bem localizado! Alguns metros da praia, exige uma caminhada de 3 4 minutos no máximo. Bastante espaçoso e arejado, apesar da simplicidade, atende todas as necessidades de forma bastante satisfatória! Sua localização também permite o deslocamento para outras praias de forma bem fácil, na esquina tem algumas pizzarias, no quarteirão de trás posto de gasolina, além de padaria. Sugestão: ventilador na sala, apesar da sala ser bem arejada e fresquinha devido à sacada ser espaçosa. Com toda certeza voltaremos e indicamos ! Ah, a proprietária além de facilitadora é bastante prestativa e simpática !

Ótimo apartamento, confortável, limpíssimo, e perto da praia. Padaria e comércio bem perto. E tem uma ótima churrasqueira no último andar!! Aproveitamos muito. Pretendo voltar com minha familia, pois a proprietária é muito atenciosa.
