"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"We had a very nice stay at the resort. Our family was very happy with everything. The flat is well maintained and the kitchen has everything you need. "My stay at this property was not what I expected. Had to deal with a lot of tiny ants in the property everyday, beds were old & creaky & communication with host was difficult at times. Host said ant issue was if there were crumbs left around (not the case) or because of the time of year…just an excuse to not resolve issue! Was told that I only needed to message them if we needed something & we asked for extra towels at start of our stay & never got them. TV didn’t work & again reached out to...
