Very old and very dirty appartment. The owner ask for extra money for cleaning, electricity plus a deposit - ALL IN CASH, which is not allowed of VRBO. There is only one aircondition in the appartment - it is placed in the livingroom. All family had to sleep on the floor in the livingroom because of the heat. We left the appartment 5 nights earlier than planned. The worst stay ever - don’t stay there!

El apartamento es amplio y tiene tres terrazas pero está al lado de la carretera y es imposible descansar. También tiene al lado una torre de la luz. Además el anuncio dice que incluye garaje y no es cierto. Los dueños nos recibieron sin mascarilla aunque son amables. La limpieza deja bastante que desear y los colchones y somieres son malos. El aire acondicionado está sólo en el salón y en las habitaciones sólo hay ventiladores. A la playa se puede ir andando y es muy buena y sin masificar. En definitiva yo recomendaría la zona pero no este apartamento en concreto.

El apartamento está muy bien y nos lo entregaron limpio. Tiene una amplitud interna muy buena para hasta 5 o 6 personas. Y luego tres terrazas estupendas que dan gran desahogo. Algo justo de menaje. Es fresco; aunque tiene aire acondicionado, aun siendo Julio apenas lo hemos necesitado. La piscina está pasable; un poco mal mantenida. La playa está a un paseo de apenas cinco minutos y para quien no la conozca es una playa excelente, de arena fina. En verano está algo ocupada, pero sin llegar a ser molesto y en todo caso es evitable si te desplazas más lejos de las pasarelas de acceso. Jan y su esposa muy atentos y receptivos en todo momento. Le doy cinco estrellas aunque sería más justo cuatro y media. Aún así quiero destacar un par de detalles que pueden ser de utilidad. Para algunos no tendrán importancia pero para otros si: - Urbanización separada de Guardamar. Muy tranquila y poca gente... hasta un punto casi decadente. No hay más que un pequeño supermercado para alguna cosa básica, un restaurante (muy bueno por cierto - Pórtico Mar) y el bar de la piscina del apartamento (donde también se puede comer a buen precio). - La carretera de dos carriles por sentido N-332 está a poca distancia del apartamento. Esto genera ruidos que sin llegar a ser muy molestos, se notan. Si tienes dificultades con el sueño debe tenerse en cuenta porque seguramente no te permitan dormir a gusto con las ventanas abiertas (necesario en verano). Seguramente en meses de menos tráfico y menos calor esto no sea ningún problema, pero nosotros hemos estado en Julio.

Vi har haft en härlig semester i Guardamar. Lägenheten är mycket fin med utsikt över hav och pool. Våra barnbarn 5 och 7 år gamla trivdes mycket bra i poolen. Stranden är helt fantastisk med en bra strandbar. Det är bra att ha bil för det finns inte mycket service i närområdet. Det var enkelt med parkering. Det har varit mycket enkelt att ha kontakt med hyresvärden Jan. Han svarar snabbt både på mail och telefon och han är mycket hjälpsam. Jag rekommenderar denna lägenhet.

The property looked like the photos and was well maintained. Guardamar a lovely place with excellent beaches. There is a bus that runs from a nearby hotel every hour, on the hour, right into Guardamar and round to the marina. Unfortunately, we stumbled across it as there was no information in the apartment about local transport or amenities. Also be careful as not all beach activities start until well into June and the apartment pool also only opens around the same time.

We had a super stay as this was a perfect choice for 2 families (we were 4 adults + 3 children) with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconys. The apartment is spacey and equipped with all you need, still at a reasonable price given the size and location (a 5 minute walk to the beach and a pool w/ "bar and food" options just 1 min away (just around the corner, to get to the entrance). Adults at a "focused pace", can walk along the beach to Guardamar in 30-40 mins. A very friendly, welcoming and service minded host made both the booking and stay effortless, - and he even provided a travel cot as a "christmas gift". Thank you, Jan! Katrine

'We booked our first holiday online in years and was a bit worried as had never done it online before.  We needn't have worried Jan and Suzanne answered all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion and nothing was too much trouble, we even got picked up from the airport in the car we hired for our stay! Upon our arrival at the apartment 'WOW' my family and I fell in love instantly, such a spacious and clean apartment with three perfect balconies all with their own unique view of the 3 great pools, sea or greenery. We enjoyed everyday down by the friendly pool with bar and our days at the beach just a short walk away. Having rented the car we were able to drive into the surrounding resorts and sample the restaurants and nightlife elsewhere easily.  We have already asked to go back next year. Thanks Jan and Suzanne for 2 of the best weeks of our families life

Appartement très fonctionnel, agréable et conforme aux descriptions. Les terrasses et la vue dégagée permettent de jouir du soleil et du beau temps. Magnifique plage de sable fin de plus de 10km, cernée de dunes sauvages, accessible par un chemin au pied de l’immeuble. Propriétaires charmants et extrêmement disponibles. En cette période de l’année, le quartier est plutôt désert et l’auto est absolument obligatoire.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen (4 Personen und 2 Hunde). Optimale Location, Optimale Betreuung. Wir würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen wollen und können dieses Apartment allen weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très propre et confortable, propriétaires charmants mais....il aurait été bien de savoir que cet appartement et ses terrasses avaient, certes, la vue sur la mer mais également sur la double voie rapide...(à peine 100 mètres et quasiment au même niveau que l'appartement qui est pourtant au 4ème). Si vous cherchez du calme et du repos, l'appartement est absolument à proscrire... La route et son va et vient incessant provoque du bruit nuit et jour; Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, de profiter des terrasses....

Very good apartments and very friendly owners. Everything is very pure, accurate. Fine look, pure pool, excellent beach. Were with 2 children, all were delighted. Thanks of Jan for the provided car. Fine rest in a fine place, I recommend to families with children and that who wants to have a rest on a beach, but near all infrastructure.

"Les renseignements concernant l''annonce sont tout a fait conforme à l''existant.Trés belle location spacieuse confortable et trés bien équipée. Néanmoins pendant les nuits du weekend il y a beaucoup de passage sur la route 332 mitoyenne. La piscine et son personnel sont trés accueillants et sympatiques. La plage propre est à moins de 5 minutes à pied en traversant quelques rues pietonnes. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture au centre bourg de Guardamar. Les proprietaires sont à notre écoute par l''intermédiaire de la messagerie d''internet. L''agence peut assurer la fourniture de draps et linge de maison pour 10 euros/personnes bien pratique quand on vient en avion. Seule petite surprise, l''agence réclame 100 euros pour le nettoyage de la location."
