Appartement très spacieux mais froid et très sombre !vues cachées par les autres appartements!Plusieurs volets sont bloqués impossible de les soulever! La télévision qui ne fonctionne pas!… pas d’accueil à notre arrivée !!! Une seule clef d’entrée insuffisante, peur de l’oubliér à l’intérieur !.. DésolésL

Een fijne plek dichtbij het strand

Een mooi appartement. Aankleding gezellig, maar sommige meubeltjes zijn aan vervanging toe. De keuken is heerlijke ruim, zodat je echt fijn zelf kan koken, maar het bestek is van abominabel goedkope kwaliteit. Alle elektrische apparaten doen het goed, maar het stopcontact achter de wasmachine is kapot. Ondanks vele pogingen om Fidalsa uit te leggen wat er aan de hand was lukte het niet om het gefixt te krijgen. We hebben ons eigen verlengsnoertje gebruikt naar een wat verder van de apparaten gelegen stopcontact. De WiFi is uitstekend! De Tv gloednieuw, maar helaas geen ontvangst van TV kanalen. No Signal. Alles bij elkaar toch een heel fijn verblijf, want echt heel dicht bij het strand en alles wat verder nodig is dicht in de buurt.

Could have been so nice but...

Firstly, we were told to pick the keys up from an external mailbox some 2km away from the property which isn't great when you been travelling all day and you have no form of transport. There was no curtain or blind at the window of one of the double bedrooms which looked out upon the lounge/dining area which gave the couple in that particular bedroom absolutely no privacy whatsoever. In the other double bedroom, an outside security shutter was missing which meant anyone could see into the bedroom of a night time whenever a light was on. And one of the other outside security shutters in the dining area got stuck whist in the process of opening it when we first. These issues were reported on the first day but nothing was ever done about it. And despite asking at least four times for more or clean towels, and even after receiving an email telling us new towels will be delivered, no towels were ever delivered. The apartment was not as clean as it could have been, the television could not be used as this had no signal despite clearly having an aerial cable plugged in, the tumble dryer rarely worked so we had wet towels all of the time, and a free-standing lamp in the lounge area simply did not work. And despite the property being advertised as having a garden, this is rather misleading as there is no garden to access, walk around or sit in. All of this is such as shame as its actually quite a nice apartment in a wonderful location quite close to the beach.

No se ajusta a lo ofrecido

La ubicación buena respecto de la playa, pero no del paseo marítimo. Hasta el mismo día no te dicen que las llaves están allí mismo(autocheking). De los tres dormitorios, una cama de matrimonio tenía el colchón y el somier tipo instrumento de tortura. Llamamos a la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona, y echó balones fuera diciendo que lo diría al propietario. La nevera tenía rota la parte de colocar las botellas en la puerta, y lo mismo de antes. Nos encontramos un aire acondicionado funcionando y no se apagaba, menos mal que eso sí vinieron a solucionarlo, al día siguiente,eso sí. Lo de que tiene Nintendo, no es cierto. Wifi sí, y televisión, que no siempre se conecta a canales, como si fallara la conexión. No había toallas suficientes. Sólo unas llaves, y sin poder entrar por la parte inferior, más cercana a la playa y con ducha para quitarse la arena. Eso sí, el mismo día te cargan 100 euros de fianza que estoy esperando me devuelvan. Conclusión: cerca de la playa, limpio, WiFi en funcionamiento, pero, una cama doble inutilizada y con la nevera a punto de fenecer, amén de no tener todo lo que ofertan. Caro para una semana en julio. Propietario que se lava las manos y no aparece.
