A good place to stay. Hot outside, and inside cool enough. However, I booked 3 rooms and was assigned 3 different levels and places. Finally solved for me. I selected 1 adult and 2 children and paid for the room when make the reservation, but hotel still charge me for 2 children's breakfasts. Not happy about this.

第一次到英德这边玩，算是新开的酒店，2020年开的，但不是很满意。算是“差评” 设施：冰箱是坏的，给孩子准备的鲜牛奶，都冰不了。虽然客服人员给我准备了冰桶，但融化的非常快，所以等于没什么作用. 房间：原本订的湖景双床房，以为view很漂亮，结果都给很多东西挡住风景，结果 给2百多升级了 豪华湖景大床房 才算可以 卫生：升级了大床房后，另一个人只能睡沙发了，结果打开沙发床后，发现很多泡沫，只好自己清洁。我上传的照片是已经清洁了大部分的泡面了，才发现要拍照留证据。 优点：酒店的🍪，很好吃。但客服说只能入住的当天送。就算连续几天入住也不可以再给了。 附近的巧克力王国，除了晒，没什么缺点。
