「Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
