Me quedé por primera vez en este hotel en el 2017 y desde entonces cada vez que voy a Guadalajara me quedo allí. Ellos siempre me ayudan con el transporte, ideas. Sin mencionar que tienes todo alrededor. Es un área súper segura. Y el precio súper accesible. El personal amable y dispuestos a ayudarte. Una vez más, gracias Santiago de Compostela!

El personal de recepción de la tarde, groseros, prepotentes y poco interés por su trabajo, solo el personal de bell boy con muy buena actitud y disposición, el hotel bien ubicado pero viejo y descuidado, definitivamente no volveré a hospedar ahí.

I love the historic nature of the property. I do not like the way this hotel treats its customers. I've stayed at this hotel a number of times without issue.... This time, my plane was delayed 3 hours and the hotel cancelled my guaranteed room because I did not arrive when expected. hey said they tried to call me I was flying when they claimed they called me...so they cancelled me.

Hotel viejo pero limpio, ubicado en un azona de buen transito y recorrido buenos a pie y tiendas alrededor. Se noche un poco inseguro la zona, mucho malvivientes en las calles pero el personal te cuida.
