"Excellent stay! The pictures don't do justice as the hotel is immaculate and the views are heavenly. You would love the fact that it's run by the Stadler family who works everyday together to provide you with the best service. We stayed at a family room on a third floor with direct view of the lake and it was spectacular. The breakfast buffet is amazing with daily made fresh options. The lunch and dinner options at the hotel are delicious. It's an excellent option for a few days stay to disconnect, unwind and take the nature in. The only bit of a challenge is that the transportation options in the area are a little limited. The hotel staff went out of their way to find us the best available transportation options. You may need to rent a car or rely on the local taxi/bus options -which are a little limiting. Overall, fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend. "

"The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette including a two burner induction cooktop with pots, frying pan and cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, small refrigerator and sink with soap and towels, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. A small table for two was provided. The bathroom was spotless and well appointed including a towel warming rack which was great for drying a few items of washed clothing. The lack of a lobby/reception staff was a minor issue as the key code and room number did not arrive in my email until about 30min after we were supposed to be able to get in. Fortunately I tried clicking on the link that needed to be completed before arrival and the necessary instructions were there. I tried messaging for assistance via the Expedia app and didn’t receive an answer. The hotel name is on the side of a ban building so it wasn’t easy to find. The entrance is tucked at the back of the bank which also wasn’t clear. There was also no information about parking. I again messaged via Expedia. The response took an hour. A parking garage is close by on a parallel road. If you park on the top floor, one more set of steps takes you to a walkway through to the street the hotel is on. A parking pass is available from the town office. We would return again…and would better know how to park and get in! "

Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
