"Pros: Ligging"

"A very characterful property. Conveniently close to la Roche sur Yon yet located in a peaceful, rural location. We loved the attention to detail made in the renovation of the property including the equisitely engineered ironwork handles and stair rail handmade by the owner. Outside there is a lovely terrace and a rambling kitchen garden to explore alongside a trickly stream. Perfect for a family plus grandparents or 2 families to share. We had a very comfortable stay. "Pros: Sehr schöner Strand 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Kleinigkeiten wie Klopapier, Salz, Zucker, Öl ect waren vorhanden. Als Gastgeschenk gab es bei der Anreise Brötchen. Cons: Leider sind die Zimmer total hellhörig und mit Kindern etwas schwierig. Badezimmer und WCs sind sehr klein und es gibt nur Duschen. Haus ist draußen nicht begrünt, so dass natürliche Schattenplätze fehlen. Das Haus selber heizt sich sehr auf, tagsüber...
