Self check-in and no staff a bit if a surprise but OK. Seemed difficult to find food locally. What restaurants there were seemed shut, no serving food or only serving Wiener schnitzel.

I made an error with my reservation and the front office staff were more than accommodating! The pillows could be updated. On our day of checkout there was a fire alarm drill. No management was present to direct guests. It was left to housekeeping staff to manage guests, and they were not prepared ...

Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!
