"The bathroom ceiling was falling down! There was hair on all the floors and in the bathroom sink. No refrigerator, furniture was old and in need of replacing. Shuttle service was good. Old hotel Needs updating and better cleans"

"This hotel is in need of some TLC. The sink had big cracks, the bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it and it has developed a weird smell since the last time we stayed there."

"I think they are skimping on the staff. Place could really use updating, or they should price the stay more accordingly. My curtains were falling off the track, carpeting had large nasty stains. The bedside table was propped up by a brochure underneath. I was afraid the shower curtain was going to fall off the wall and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the drywall, dangling by screws. There was some kind of creepy crawly in the bathroom when I returned from an event nearby so I checked out and got a room at another hotel for the same cost, which was much better. I feel bad for the staffers I did encounter, who were nice and easy to work with. "
