"Tuesday nights the restaurant and bar was closed. there were refreshments available, but you were not able to sit anywhere communal to enjoy them and speak to people you were travelling with. When asked if we could make use of the garden we were told no as other people may want to sit outside too and the staff didn't want to 'look-after' anyone - despite the refreshments being self-service. The one place you could sit with a friend was in the corridor on a sofa that was blown and...

"We sliepen in een familiekamer. Deze was netjes en ruim genoeg voor ons 4. De bedden sliepen heel goed, de douche was heel fijn. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima hotel om de reis naar Oostenrijk te breken. Wij zullen hier vaker overnachten."

"A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel. "
