The lovely village of Gröbming is located at 776 meters above sea level, in the Enns Valley in Styria, right between the Stoderzinken and Kammspitze mountain peaks in the Schladming - Dachstein holiday region, a region full of sport and adventure!
The Hauser Kaibling ski area, near Gröbming, is one of Austria's best ski areas and provides access to the Schladming - Dachstein ski region, with a breathtaking panorama from its highest point at over 2,000 meters. The '4-Berge-Skischaukel' Schladming links the four major ski areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. Discover more than 123 km of fantastically groomed slopes and a beautiful winter landscape. The Galsterberg with 11 km of superb pistes and 3 fun-rides leaves nothing to be desired for skiers, winter sports enthusiasts, families or ski tourers and can be reached in about 20 minutes. Fun off the slopes is provided by a 5 km-long toboggan run.
Besides golf, tennis and hiking, Austria's largest adventure park in Gröbming offers pure adrenaline for real daredevils! Gröbming is also a true paradise for mountain bike lovers. The Planai cable car takes bikers quickly and comfortably to the Schladminger Planai and directly to the Bikepark Schladming.
