"The Lake House has left nothing to chance! The rooms are so well appointed and the lake view balconies complete with Adirondack chairs invite you to relax. Love the open lobby, versatile library for coffee or cocktails. The restaurants are delicious and the service is impeccable. Don’t miss the charm of the evening s’mores at the fire pit. "The Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family of three adults and two kids.
We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay.
The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!"

"Spectacular views of the bluff and Keuka Lake. The property and cottage is very old school camp like. However, it was clean, and equipped with everything we needed and wanted. The owner is attentive but not overbearing. An excellent host. "

"This is a great cabin to rent. Very clean on the inside. Next to a pond, where you can hear frogs and birds. It’s located within 10-15 mins of civilization, if you need supplies or want to see sights. I’d highly recommend. "

"Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay. "
"The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. "
