    A private lock-up garage is included, a valuable asset in Port Grimaud. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, shops, water shuttles and boat rentals. Sainte-Maxime is around 5 minutes away by car, and Saint-Tropez about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
