Hampton Inn & Suites Williamstown Ark Encounter
8/10 Good
"All in all, our stay was good. Upon arriving, we were notified the room I had reserved was unavailable due to maintenance issues caused by the previous guest. The hotel was unable to contact me because they didn't have my phone number. I'm not sure what info they receive from Expedia when bookings take place. I didn't realize they didn't have my contact info. They were able to give me another room and waived my parking fee. Upon entering that room, it was apparently dirty. I went back to the front desk and showed them pictures I had taken of the dirty room. They then offered me a king room which wasn't going to work. There were four people in our party and we needed more than one bed. The staff was nice enough to go up and clean that room for us and adjusted our charges in a fair manner. Aside from the issues at check-in, it was a nice stay and every staff member I encountered was very friendly and respectful. I understand things happen and I appreciate everything they did to accommodate us."
Cozy cabin 8 minutes from Ark Encounter!!
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was small, yet perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others."
The Lodges at Eden Reserve
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed the cabin and the rural surroundings and the closenessto the Ark Enncounter. This is a great pla e for families We had some problems with the TV and guests should be warned about it before traveling (bring passwords for streaming services etc!) Also the A/C was a problem- felt like cold air blowing on us all the time."
The Glamping at Eden Reserve
8/10 Good
"Clean and beautiful. The bath houses were always very clean. Only down side is there’s a life lift (helicopter) right beside the tents and a train track close which creates a lot of extra noise when trying to sleep."
Waterworks come to relax
10/10 Excellent
"This is a wonderful place to stay. In fact i told my mom and grandmother I would want a house just like this. The host was great. The place is very clean. Nice area to stay in. Felt very safe in this area. Plenty of room for parking off of the street. Very close to the Ark encounter. And not far from the creation museum. The sunsets were excellent from this property."
