I really liked this hotel. It had a spectacular view. The towels were changed every day, everything was very clean, and waking up to that view was beautiful. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay as you prepare to fly from MALPENSA. Very helpful staff. Nice bar. Food service is available. Note that the shuttle is not free.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Lovely lounge area, very homely
Lovely lounge area and staff were very friendly. Nice spa area which is FOC before 4pm. Room was a bit small, not to well insulated and dark but lovely views and WiFi was very good for a hotel
