"We had a fantastic long weekend at this cozy, clean, and peaceful rental in on Washington Lake. The cabin sits right on the water with no neighbors on either side—just the sounds of loons and frogs, and the occasional splash from a fish. It was the perfect escape with a quick channel boat ride out to Shawano Lake.We loved having access to kayaks, hammocks, a grill, and outdoor fireplaces. "This is older but very nicely updated cottage. The water toys that are provided were a big hit with the kids and the dock was plenty long enough to secure both our pontoon and fishing boat. "My sisters and I so enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the area is so peaceful. They have really thought of the little things like soaps, lotions, spices, coffee pods and so much more. The steam shower, bidet, hot tub and gas fireplaces are such nice extra features. The bear in the 4 season room was unexpected but he minded his manners. We will need to rebook next year to see how the fireplace turns out with the stone finish. We would have loved to use the boat to go out to the lake but didn’t get to this time. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return if we can. "
