"Toller Service, saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Aber bei Außentemperaturen von 0°C in der Nacht, Heizungen nicht eingeschaltet. Dementsprechend lange Vorlaufzeit. Als ich mit 2 Decken und Pullover in der Nacht aufgewacht bin, war es immer noch kalt, merkte dann dass ein Fenster undicht war - man konnte es nicht schließen. Dann war es auch zu spät für ein Zimmerwechsel.
Eigentlich frech sowas an kalten Tagen anzubieten."

"We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned.
The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts."
