"There were roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy and wet when we arrived. The fire alarm went off at 430 am and staff said it was set off by some steam from a shower. When I reported the problems the staff member said we will look into it. No resolution was offered."

"The staff were all very nice. However, the room was disgusting. There was popcorn under the bed, food crumbs on the floor, there was a weird oil on the bed and night stand, sort of some kind smudged all over the walls. It was pretty nasty. The toilets barely flushed. "

Also we were sold by the large pool on the app, but the pool was too small & it was closed !! Also the breakfast area was too small & the floor was filthy !! "
